I'm going to say it: this is the strangest tire commercial ever. Tony Kaye (American History X) directed this spot for the British airwaves in 1993. "Tested For The Unexpected" is the M.O. behind everything in this ad. Unexpected is definitely right. Dunlop tires take you "out there".
