It is effecting everyone in his life, especially his overly concerned fiancee, Mad Men's Elisabeth Moss! A man who is infatuated with watching other people struggle with addiction is truly a sad sight. Can Fred get it together, or will he alienate everyone in his life who actually cares for him? This intervention devotee needs an intervention.
