Man, I totally remember seeing this commercial as a kid. It was programmed in my after school line-up somewhere between "G.I. Joe" and "The Cosby Show." Which is kinda weird because wasn't this ad supposed to target parents? That might explain the failed war on drugs. On a more trivial note: doesn't the father look like a young, pre-greying Einstein? Gene Shalit without glasses and 1/3 the moustache? Could be just me...
