My Spanish language education isn't doing me any good watching this video... I know just enough to recognize the language.  Dialogue aside, this animated video is really interesting.  Typical stop-motion animation turns into an impressive series of images that tell a story, and unless you speak Spanish, it's up to you to use your imagination.
