Sammy Stephens has achieved tremendous success through his "Flea Market Montgomery" commercial.  Not only is he capitalizing on his notoriety, but other organizations are commissioning him to appear in their own spots.  This one is for a farmers market... different store, same schtick.  Oh yeah!
