We will all know where we were when this historic health care reform finally passed, because lest we have become jaded to the bargaining process in legislation, the U.S. Vice President has informed the President and the Media that this is, indeed, a very big f-ing deal.  True to form, Joe Biden lets another artful gaffe bolster his image as the White House wiseacre.  At least we can believe he really means it, as White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs confirmed via Twitter moments later.
