This is Stains, the cupcake-stealing dog from Animal Planet's "It's Me or the Dog," with trainer Victoria Stilwell. Of the several versions of this clip, this one made me laugh the hardest. And no, Stains' "crazy eyes" are not doctored (but obviously the cupcakes were). Mmmm...cupcakes....mmmm...feeling very sleepy...
