This short film by directing duo Terri Timely is a series of visual and aural riffs on the psychological phenomenon "synesthesia," in which one form of sensory stimulus creates an involuntary effect in another sensory pathway.  I don't know exactly how kittens leaping out of stereo speakers fits scientifically, but it's a wonderful image nonetheless.
