Twenty-five years after making his 'mark' in Philadelphia, Steve Powers, AKA ESPO, returned to the City of Brotherly Love to write a love letter across the rooftops facing the Market-Frankfort line. With the help of 20 other talented taggers, this unprecedented work of art goes to and from West Philly, encompassing 20 blocks, while using 1200 cans of spraypaint, 800 buckets of paint, and the support of the Mural Arts Program and the Pew Center for Arts and Heritage.
