Calvin Harris - The Making of the Human Synth
Docs & Non-Fiction (Art & Entertainment, Computers / Tech), Other Gems (Behind the Scenes)
[ 2:58 - from YouTube ]
UK musical artist Calvin Harris created a human synthesizer for a live playback of his new song "Ready for the Weekend" -- all played by pretty girls covered in conductive body ink that trigger electronic drums, keyboards and synthesizers. At first I thought it was fake, just a gimmick to get pretty chicks in a promo video, but no, this video shows it's very REAL and very cool. Harris collaborated with masters students at the Royal College of Arts Industrial Design program. To see the Humanthesizer in action click HERE!
