Is he or isn't he? Now that the First Family has picked a first dog, the debate over whether "Bo" is actually a rescue dog is sure to begin. Because the White House's newest inhabitant, a Portugese water dog, isn't from a shelter. He was apparently bred by the same dog breeder Senator Ted Kennedy uses.
