Filmmaker brothers Nolan and Adam Lebovitz returned home to Chicago to shoot this web series – a part "LonelyGirl," part "Alias” suspense thriller told through the lens of (yet another) perky female web diarist. The 12-part series follows her angsty first days in the freshman dorm, during which bodies disappear and her innocent young classmates are not what they seem. Discussing the formation of the show, Adam Lebovitz said, “I heard a story about a kid we went to school with and one day his room was raided by the FBI. It made me think: Who was this guy, really?” On that note, who is "Freshman Julie," really?
