With 50% of all marriages ending in divorce and his last girlfriend, Psyche, dumping him for a dermatologist in Connecticut, Cupid’s going through some serious existential despair. Cue Eros, who encourages Cupid to go off-mission and make a mere mortal fall in love with him. The Further Adventures of Cupid and Eros is by filmmaker Avi Glijansky and was produced as part of the NYU Writers Lab West Showcase. Good writing an impressive performances make this one stand out.
