Regardless of the title, there's no need to understand French in this trippy comedic tale about a cowboy, a Native American and a horse who all have an affinity for ping pong. I suppose one could presume that there is a greater social commentary about American foreign policy under the surface, or it could just be viewed as slacker humor applied to old-school, Gumby-style stop motion. I prefer the latter description. Funny stuff.
