When presidents speak to the American public during prime-time, TV shows and their characters are hurt. Especially ABC's "Better Off Ted," which was rudely forced to preempt its season finale to run President Obama's press conference on April 29 instead. The creator of the show Victor Fresco didn't take the bump lying down. Instead, he created this PSA for the morally-challenged company Veridian Dynamics, where the show takes place.
