A Gentlemans Duel
Animation (Cartoon / Traditional), Comedy
[ 7:56 - from Metacafe ]
What starts as an innocent tea party ends up as a duel between a French and a British aristocrat who compete for the affection of the same woman. The fight builds rapidly, as the antagonists climb into their giant Victorian suits and beat the hell out of each other with a Tom and Jerry-esque hilarity and absurdity. The animation is fantastic in this short and the story itself keeps one interested throughout the entire 8 minutes. This is one of the best computer-generated animations out there. This style of animation and humor would be a great idea for an original series, for web or TV.
