The transition to digital TV is finally here for real this time. After a four-month delay, all TV stations around the country were required to flip the switch to digital on Friday June 12 and turn off their analog signals. CBS News Daniel Sieberg talks about what the 3% of people who aren't ready for the transition need to know. Most people will receive their TV programming just fine, but millions of people still haven't made the change.
