Since I don't speak Japanese, I have no idea whether or not this cartoon is intended to teach (and encourage) young children to use to the toilet rather than their pants. The subtitles are a little exaggerated, but it's still fun to see how people from other cultures treat toilet time. And I like to watch talking poop...
