"KateModern" is the UK's most popular online dramatic series. Produced by the people behind "Lonelygirl15" and with a similar murder mystery plot, it ran for two seasons from July 2007 to June 2008. In its first season it garnered more than 1.5 million viewers a week, and between the time of its launch and the first season's finale it received over 35 million views.
