It's hard to forget the menacing war room in the film "Dr. Strangelove." Designer Ken Adams shares anecdotes on how that design came to be and what it was like working with film legend Stanley Kubrick. His final creation was so realistic that when Reagan became president he was disappointed to find out the "war room" was only in the movies.
