Docs & Non-Fiction (Computers / Tech, Profiles)
[ 5:35 - from Vimeo ]

Nick Sambrato runs a print shop in Florida, kind of like that guy Gutenberg did back in 15th Century Germany.  Ignoring the digital age completely, Nick uses an enormous, 2,000 pound cast iron machine with more moving parts than anything Willy Wonka ever dreamed up.  His reasoning for living in the past: Quality.  Digital prints cannot even compare to the quality of the 3D product that these old school presses deliver.  Watch as Nick takes you back a couple hundred years as he creates a work of art from a simple piece of paper and ink.
