Tango, the Argentine music and its dance, has in its 150 year history passed through many phases: the Parisian craze phase of the 1910's, an early 50's Hollywood phase, and now a recent world resurgence celebrating the  passion, exuberance, style and sensuality of the art.  But if you ever travel to Argentina, forget all that. Just knowing the name of this video's singer, Carlos Gardel, and this song, Mi Buenos Aires Querido, will guarantee you quick entry into the heart of any Porteño (the name for the denizens of Buenos Aires). If Sinatra's " New York, New York" is the classic Big Apple anthem, this is Buenos Aires version.
