This one-shot video from OK Go might just make you want to don a feather headdress and break out the chest drum. Consider yourself lucky if you live in the US; even Canadians can’t see it, as record label EMI is staggering its “rollout” -- realizing the video is album-selling gold. But this version of the song, brought to life with the help of the Notre Dame marching band, doesn’t sound a thing like the studio-recorded album version. Robert, Marc and I have been monitoring the increasing approach to the horizon point of ubiquitous media delivery systems. It won't be long until the line between web and traditional media is greatly blurred. We will soon be watching web content in HD through an abundance of low cost options like Boxee. CES is a complete sensory overscan, but we remained focus in our search for the products and tech that would be the right fit for a live HD streaming studio, built on a budget. view

Mawhinney turned his obsession into a business and opened Record-Rama after he stockpiled over 60,000 records. Since this video was released, a non-profit organization has been developed to create a museum around Mawhinney's record collection.
