9.12 DC TEA PARTY - March Footage with Interviews
Comedy (Politics), Docs & Non-Fiction (Politics), Viral (Shock)
[ 9:30 - from Live Leak ]
The "tea party" in Washington, D.C. on 9.12.09 represented what House Republican leader John Boehner called, "political rebellion" that is the result of pushback against Democrat spending. Twenty thousand people participated in this event that was an organized protest against things like health insurance reform, abortion, global warming, government spending, and of course our 'Muslim/Socialist' president, Barack Obama. All Americans have the right to stand up and have their voices heard. But after watching these protesters' interviews and hearing what they have to say, I seriously wonder if anyone has any idea what they are talking about; if they even understand their reasons for protesting; or if anyone knows anything about...well...anything.
