Actress Dixie Carter's magnolia mouth works overtime in this yoga video; "spahhhhhhnnnne = spine" as she demonstrates a "fierce whisper" in this bizarre celebrity self help video that puts the ik in bikram. Just to witness the deft camerawork (the sideshots!) and Dixie's extended "breath" in lion pose is worth the admission. I always wondered what she did after "Designing Women." Y'all check it out now.
