There's not much to say about this clip from the BBC.  It features a young guy who dyes his hair and wears more makeup than his mother in an effort to attract attention.  According to him, the recognition he receives makes him feel like a celebrity.  His dad puts it best when he says that the look is eccentric and outrageous.  On second thought... that's an understatement.  At least he loves the way he looks.  That's what matters, right?
