Entourage star Adrian Grenier and his bandmates take to the couch with their guitarist, an actual shrink, for some deep Freudian analysis. After receiving his diagnosis, Twitchia Nervosa, Grenier meets his toothy, moustachioed twin (or possibly his alter super ego). Here's another fine creation by student Oscar winner Ari Gold (no relation to Grenier's twitchy neurosa TV agent).
