Perhaps it's not just women who are guilty of unrealistically high expectations in life and love. Men are equally plagued by the "inherent contradiction of Western societies," which is that too much choice has made us unable to make one, according to psychologist Barry Schwartz. But can rising rates of depression be attributed to too many options, including the freedom to choose if and when to marry and have kids? Watch and decide for yourself.
