Makeover Mission: Homeless Edition!
Comedy (Spoof), Docs & Non-Fiction (Reality)
[ 4:39 - from YouTube ]
Comedian Lou Santini has a little politically incorrect fun with the “extreme makeover” concept in this reality TV parody, where he sets out to re-make the life of a homeless man... to that of a more successful "panhandler." First step: a better cardboard sign. Second step: Always be sure to close - "you're in marketing!" Much like in real-life reality TV set-ups, the money that they earn (or that Lou loses) becomes their makeover budget. These days, we're all in "panhandling" (and just one step away from homelessness), so this might just be a hit.
