Oh, the City of Angels offers too many entrancing liberties for me to abandon her, but if I was going to take up residence in a foreign land, Hong Kong has always been near the top of my list. Shot on location, this story is about two brothers vacationing in Hong Kong, one who's too American to eat local cuisine and the other still recovering from a recent breakup. While the acting is a little stiff in parts, the writing is quite good, and the dynamic between the brothers themselves and later with a local female definitely makes this a recommended view.
