More government conspiracy? This is a shocking but true story. During the 1950s, as part of its experimentation with LSD and other mind-altering substances, the CIA hired prostitutes to dose their customers with drugs so that agents could observe the effects on brothel customers via a two-way mirror. Seriously, look it up on Wikipedia. This web docudrama is full of noirish, moody scenes, good period-piece costumes, and off-kilter acid trip FX. It is, however, very stiff and staged, and pretty costumes don't make up for flat acting. Kudos for unearthing an interesting piece of history; let's see where it goes...
