After 1,000 video submissions and 3 million views, the President's Health Care Reform Video Challenge finally has a winner, thanks to votes cast by online viewers. The 20 finalists included several comedic sketches, a few creative animations, heart-wrenching personal stories, and a couple of clever analogy pieces -- but the winning entry went for hard-hitting impact.
