If you don't watch this video carefully you might think that kids have reached a new low. Watch closely and you'll realize that this kid is not doing hits on a generator-powered bong; rather he's literally getting his daily dose of medicine via a nebulizer powered by a generator -- no thanks to Central Electric Cooperative, which shut down electricity throughout the Crow Creek Indian Reservation despite a treaty that provides free electricity to the reservation in exchange for having built a hydro-electric dam on the reservation.
