Japan's Satellite Crashes Into the Moon

[ 1:00 - from YouTube ]
Choose your music and watch this cool one minute video of the last footage of Japan's Selene satellite as it descends to its demise on the surface of the moon. I personally chose classic Argentine tango to accompany the surprisingly dramatic coasting. Since September 2007, the satellite had been sending HD footage of the surface of the moon and on June 11th, 2009 in a planned conclusion to its mission, it crashed into the moon. Enjoy the earth, because the moon is one forlorn looking wasteland.
