Somehow I missed this web series gem when it first premiered, but anyone who's ever worked in the theatre business will relate to the main character's comical plight. It starts off a bit slow but stick with it past episode 1, which is just intended to set the stage until they unleash 'Jack' into the wild for some classic sitcom hilarity.

This clever cop show spoofs border xenophobia by playing out the worst nightmare of any Canadian living in the Los Angeles area (on last count, roughly 7 million) - having to be deported to the true north, strong and free. You don't have to be Canadian to enjoy the references, but it wouldn't hurt. Expos RIP.
