In 2006 Douglas Cheney, Chris McCaleb, Ryan Wise, and Chris Hampel revolutionized web video by serializing dramatic content in a short 90 second format. With self-funded capital they created the company Big Fantastic and produced "Prom Queen," a murder mystery, eventually garnering 10,000 daily downloads on iTunes. It's not great television, but the format (80 episodes of 90 minute clips) has become a standard approach to low-attention-span online drama. Very much worth a look.
