This creepy little movie sits precariously on the edge of hypnotic drama and outright parody. Are we supposed to take this cross between "Final Destination" and "Peeping Tom" seriously? They say a photograph captures the subject's soul, but do we really need all the pregnant pauses, meaningful looks and foreboding sound effects? Either way, it's an interesting piece and the young star (Michael Kotaridis) has a natural cinematic presence.
