I’ve come across some incredibly impressive productions on my Internet journeys, and more than a few are from Russia. In “Polaroid Love,” a young video store worker with an affinity for Polaroid photos tries to recover from a broken heart. The editing and cinematography are top notch. A great soundtrack and occasional clips from American movies make this a great romance tale about Russian youth and their unique embrace of Western pop culture.
