This New Year marked the world entering its eighth decade of nuclear proliferation, a grim milestone that sadly seems rather ordinary. This feature-length documentary was a sensation when it was first released in 1982 not only for its spectacular archival footage but also the darkly comic spin it put on the "duck and cover" ethos of the Nuclear Age.
