Here's an extended trailer for an indie documentary about the creator and devotees of "Showbiz Pizza," a now-closed restaurant chain whose main attraction was a robotic rock band. This clip shows great footage of the robots being designed, and has interviews with a man who bought a "Showbiz" robot band after his local restaurant went out of business, and who now programs it to perform modern pop songs. I can't wait to see the full feature film.
